How it really works
Is it really free to sign up? expand_more
Yes. Creating a provider profile is free. You receive leads, and if you accept a lead and complete the job, a $50 platform fee applies — billed after the job is confirmed done, not at lead time. Paid plan subscribers get first access to every lead before free-plan providers.
How many providers receive each lead? expand_more
Up to 3 matching providers receive each request. Any or all 3 can choose to claim it — claiming gives you access to the customer's contact details and lets you submit a quote through the private messaging hub. All 3 providers compete for the job; the customer reviews the quotes and selects who to hire. Free-plan providers pay a $50 platform fee only after the customer confirms the job is done.
What if there are no providers in my city? expand_more
BuzzLeads uses a statewide fallback — if fewer than 3 city-matched providers are found, nearby providers in the same state are included to ensure every customer request gets a response.
Can I pause lead delivery? expand_more
Yes. Toggle lead delivery on or off anytime from Provider Settings. You won't receive leads while paused, and you won't be charged for leads you didn't receive.
