What is BuzzBoards?

BuzzBoards is a Kanban-style project and task management system built directly into It's Buzzing. Think Monday.com — but it runs on the same infrastructure as your CRM, so tasks can be linked directly to contacts and deals. No separate login. No data migration. It's already there.

Creating a board

   Go to /boards

   Click 'New Board' or use BuzzIQ to generate a board automatically. Enter your board name, or describe your goal in plain English and BuzzIQ will design a full board with columns and starter cards.

   Add columns

   Default columns are Not Started, In Progress, Blocked, and Done. You can rename, reorder, or add custom columns from Board Settings. Mark any column as a 'Done state' to track completion.

   Invite team members

   Go to Board Members to add teammates. Roles: Owner (full access), Admin (manage cards and members), Member (create and edit cards), Viewer (read-only). Viewers can see the board without editing anything.

Working with cards

   Create a card

   Click '+' in any column or drag a card from one column to another. Every card has a title, description, priority (High/Medium/Low), due date, assignee, labels, and checklist items.

   BuzzIQ card enrichment

   Click 'BuzzIQ Enrich' on any card. BuzzIQ reads the card title and context, then suggests an improved title, a full description with definition of done, 3–5 checklist subtasks, a priority, and relevant labels. Review the suggestions and apply what you want.

   Link to CRM

   Cards can be linked to a CRM contact or deal. When linked, updates to the card appear in the contact or deal timeline — keeping your sales pipeline and task list in sync.

BuzzIQ Standup Digest

Click 'BuzzIQ Standup' from any board. BuzzIQ reads the current state of every column — what's in progress, what's blocked, what just finished — and writes a standup digest: a 2-sentence summary, highlights, blockers, recommended next actions, and team shoutouts. Use it to run faster standups or send a daily update to the team without writing it manually.

BuzzIQ Board Generator

Go to AI Create from any board list and describe your goal in plain English — for example 'track our HVAC installation jobs from quote to invoice' or 'manage content production for a podcast'. BuzzIQ designs a complete board: the right columns for your workflow, and starter cards with specific, actionable tasks already written. You can use the board as-is or customize from there.

Calendar view

Switch to Calendar view to see all cards plotted by due date across a monthly calendar. Drag a card to a different date to reschedule it. Filter by assignee or label to see only your tasks.

White-label settings

Enterprise clients can white-label BuzzBoards. Go to Board Settings to configure a custom app name, logo, and brand color. When hide_branding is enabled, the It's Buzzing logo is replaced with yours — useful for agency-managed client workspaces.
