Receiving means Where Is The Pro notified you, you can read the job brief, see the city, and view the AI-generated contractor summary. Claiming means you unlock full contact info and enter the private messaging hub. Free accounts pay $50 on the claim.
Not directly, but you can link your Angi profile URL in your Where Is The Pro trust score listing verification, it contributes points to your trust score (+7) and shows customers your review history.
Free-plan contractors won't be charged on a disputed lead. Pro plan holders have a formal dispute process. In either case, the $50 is never charged until job completion is confirmed.
Matching is live across all 50 states. If there are fewer than 3 local providers in your city, the system uses statewide fallback matching so the customer still gets covered, and you may receive leads from nearby cities outside your primary radius.
